On restarting Workbench it asks for a new workspace! 1 Year, 8 Months ago Karma: 1  
If for any reason you need to restart Workbench (or another Eclipse based IDE),it may ask you to change to a new workspace, when you want to continue using the original one. This is due to a javaw process locking out the workspace. Therefore terminating the javaw process will allow the original process to be used.
